To Dine For uses this very question as a foundation for a conversation with the world's most creative and innovative minds.

Now in it's seventh season, TO DINE FOR airs nationwide on PBS, CREATE-TV and Amazon PRIME. In this series, we travel to the guest's favorite restaurant wherever that is in the world. We experience the atmosphere, the location, the ambience and we eat what they love. Then we hear how they made it, how they struggled, how they define the American dream and how they have tried to achieve it. The guests featured on the show are the creators and dreamers and innovators that are truly turning nothing into something. They are entrepreneurs, change agents, musicians, actors, and truly fascinating people who are changing the world and this show is an invitation to a meal with them and a toast to them.

Four-time Emmy Award Winning Journalist Kate Sullivan is currently the host of To Dine For with Kate Sullivan on PBS where fantastic food and great conversation meet at the guest’s favorite restaurant. The show tells the story of creators and dreamers who have reached uncommon success through ingenuity and innovation. Their favorite restaurant becomes the backdrop for a passionate and fascinating conversation about life, success, and what it takes to pursue and achieve the American dream. Previously, Kate spent five years as the primary evening news anchor for CBS Chicago and prior to that the morning news anchor for CBS New York.
